Terms & Conditions

• You must be 18+ to apply for a rental, schedule a visit, or enter a contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account details confidential.
• You agree to provide accurate information on applications and contracts.

We list residential and commercial properties including apartments, Section-8 rentals, short-term rentals, Airbnb properties, office buildings, and fix-and-flip opportunities. Submitting a rental application authorizes us to verify your identity, employment, and rental history. Decisions are made at our discretion subject to fair-housing law.

Scheduled visits are confirmed by an admin. You must arrive on time and treat the property and our staff with respect. We may cancel or reschedule visits when needed.

Lease contracts are generated by Jasgol Property LLC and delivered through your dashboard. By drawing or typing your signature you create a legally binding electronic signature with the same effect as a handwritten one. Executed contracts are stored securely and are not deletable by tenants — only an administrator may remove a contract. The same rule applies to all uploaded documents (IDs, proof of income, contracts): tenants cannot delete them once submitted.

You may opt into Autopay or pay Manually:

• Autopay: Your saved card is automatically charged on each due date. Card details are tokenized and stored by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. You can switch back to manual or remove the saved card at any time from your dashboard. If a charge fails, we will retry and notify you.
• Manual Pay: You receive an email reminder 7 days before each due date and a second reminder 1 day before. An admin also receives these reminders so we can assist if needed. Late payments may incur fees as described in your lease.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds, where applicable, follow the terms of your lease and our refund policy.

If financing requires sensitive identifiers (such as a Social Security Number), data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-level cryptography (pgcrypto) and is automatically purged once no longer needed. Re-collection requires explicit admin action.

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive transactional messages (application status, payment reminders, contract reminders, visit confirmations). You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share mobile information with third parties for marketing.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: submitting fraudulent information, attempting to access another user's data, automated scraping, abuse of staff, or any unlawful conduct. We may, at our sole discretion, block an account at any time. A blocked user is signed out, cannot sign back in, and cannot create new applications, payments, schedules, reviews, or contract signatures. To appeal, contact us at the address below.

The Service, including listings content, branding, and contract templates, is owned by Jasgol Property LLC. You may not copy, scrape, or republish content without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Jasgol Property LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
